Default which turbo is better bang for buck!

Looking at the on3 76mm that can be had for 350$ with a 1.15 AR or the gt45 that can be had for 260$.

Question is which is capable of more power the on3 is 76mm on the compressor and 66mm on the turbine while the gt45 is 70mm compressor and 77mm turbine.

This will be in a 3400lb g body with a 5.3 and small cam in the 220's

GT45. You will run out of turbine on the on3 before you max out the compressor IMO.

CX racing has a 7577 turbo 599 i believe, would be a good option if you have room for it.

Oh gotchya. Well I would either get the 76mm gt45, or if cost is a big issue get the 70mm gt45 for 260 or so. I had good luck with on3 but my buddy hasn't. Also the tiny turbine will kill you on top end, trust me Ive been there lol
