Window motor
So does anyone have a cure for the diseased window motors in these cars. It seems like i have replaced the driver motor 4-5 times. Does anyone else have this problem with them?

I had to replace the driver's side motor at about 90-95k miles, and so far the replacement (Dorman) has been fine. The passenger side one is still original at 105k miles.
I wonder if something on yours is causing an excessive drag, like thick tinting paper or a regulator that is in dire need of lubrication? Or maybe you just roll them up and down a lot.
I also make it a habit to only operate one window at a time, so there is less voltage drop and thus more power for each motor.

Advanced sells remanufactured motors with a lifetime warrenty on them. I think they are about $145 and there might be a core charge.
