Default LS1 engine problem

I recently installed a Performabuilt Level 2 trans and a 3200 stall converter, it seemed to run fine, until recently it seems while driving and i accelerate the engine seems to be bogging down then it will smooth out. It keeps doing this on and off.

The fuel pump is recently replaces 1 yr, also fuel filter. It idles fine and while driving under 30 MPH its fine, But while driving it seems to happen often.. I have bought plugs and wires and will replace them. Any other ideas on what to check??

Thanks in advance

I would hook up a scan tool and just look at the general pids while driving around to help pinpoint the problem.

Hooked up a scanner, the only code i am getting is for the Fan temp relay. I am eondering if it could be a tune issues with the new stall and performabuilt level 2 transmission install

I would clean the MAF. It's easy, it can't hurt, and can solve many driveability problems.

If that doesn't do it, then next I'd want to look at fuel trim and O2 sensor data, as well as fuel pressure (especially under load).
