good info.

FYI my 01 K with the cast iron LS1 engine stands was 57.5
BMR mild steel K, for stock rack, with LS1 stands was 25 pounds

most upper arms are about .5 heavier then stock. but fee movment for better shock contraol, and better alinement, and you can tuck the tires in the car the the adaptability (rod end style, in slots)

I'm using the stock clamshells. I had them send me one that didn't use solids.

Did you get both upper and lower A arms? I'm considering getting the PA K-member but I've heard something about alignment issues using just the K and stock arms... Something about having to elongate the holes for a better alignment.

Steve, how does the PA K look to be for DD duties?

Me and lemons12 both got Paracing k members. Lemons12's one needed some grinding to get the stock lca to fit. Mine fit fine considering i got the paracing lca. As far as alignment goes we dont know yet because my car is still down and lemons12 hasnt got an alignment yet.

Maybe that was the thread I was thinking of then. I remember SOMEONE had issues... Just want to know what to expect as I doubt I can afford both at once.

I had issues with the lower arms as well. PA said to let them know if using stock arms and he will bend the down tube a touch different so the stock arms clear better. PA gave me a nice discount on the lowers so I bought them as my k was already installed and I wasn't removing it at that point. I really haven't driven on it much but so far its been fine with no issues.
