Default Engine squeaking

Ok I searched around but found varying results from the cam, rod bearing, etc. my 5.3 truck started making a loud squeaking sound the other day. I replaced the belt and tensioner with no prevail. I ran the engine quick with both the ac and main belt off and its still there. The stethoscope is hard to pinpoint. It kinda sounds like the drivers side valve cover and u can kind of hear it in the oil pan.

This is my dd, 95k on it. Cam was put in around 62k. I guess I'll pull the valve cover tomorrow and take a look, check rockers and springs. They were last checked about 12k miles ago. Any other suggestions?

Start it with the valve covers off and see if you can pinpoint where it is coming from.
