Default 94 Z28 help

Just purchased 94 z28. Here is the problem, it started missing. No SES light, and it happens when I fill up, or it is raining or both. One day it runs great, other like @&**. The cat is bad removing it this weekend. Just not sure where to start. Thanks

Plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, distributor housing, ignition control module, any and all electrical connectors..... Not what you want to hear. Read up on the basics, check out Shoebox's web site for great information. Or, better yet, try to get your money back.

Just boght a formula and the opti had ridiculous oil all Over it. ( was having same symptoms) tore it down took off timing cover replaced all the gaskets and distributor cap rotor from summit racing $99 plugs wires, since I was already into everything and runs great now. No more miss no stumbling and best of all no oil all over the damn place !
Don't think the whole opti is usually the problem just take it apart make sure everything's in good shape not bent or you don't have oil actually inside it. Just do the cap rotor. If you have the vented opti-95 or 96+ they are even cheaper like 65 bucks or so. Good luck!
