A bad seal or old fluid. Flush With new fluid to see if it helps

No problems whith other gears? Try the flush. If it keeps up it could be wear inside. See the company gearbox, they sell rev. repair kit. That can give you ideas. But definetly make sure clutch is disengaged completely first. Don't let the issue fester or you will have to tear down trans.

Rev is a bronze blocker instead of carbon or paper like all of the other gears. It's usually the first to pick up on issues with the clutch. At least it was with mine.

The slave cylinder gets clutch disk material all over it and when is moves back and forth the seal wears and eventually lets some of the dust into the fluid. Mine was filthy when I replaced my clutch. Bleed out the old fluid first before you do anything else.
