dash lights randomly go out and brake light on

dash lights randomly go out and brake light on im having an issue where sometimes half of my dash wont light up...sometimes it works perfectly fine while sometimes either a small portion of the right side or the whole right side wont light up. Weird thing is usually if i drive for a lil while out of nowhere it will just light up. Also having an issue with my brake light staying on however i believe that may just be the parking brake switch because the lights will sometimes just come on without me having the parking brake down. I added a pic of the dash problem if anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
