Built this harness earlier this week and thought I'd show how it turned out. Mustang owner is installing it and then we will street tune it and then run it on the dyno to see what it will do.

Yup, soon. Tuner studio shows all temperature sensors are good and cranking rpm. Priming fuel and purging air from fuel rails now. Not available nxt week but soon thereafter for dyno stuff.

What wideband are you running with this? What size injectors?

AEM and 80lb. I only did the microsquirt harness and tuning. Owner had another KC guy build hot side. Gonna street tune then dyno it early April as I'm not available till then.

First Microsquirt tune and walkaround. No dyno time yet as dyno owner was out of town today.


Batch fired 80lb injectors are kind of loud. Full exh should be installed next week.

Hmmm how is his dp routed is he running coil overs and wrapping in threw where the spring would be or some other way?

May do a more detailed video after engine tin work is done and run it on dyno. Had problems getting wideband to display on tuner studio logger at my shop. Works fine on owners garage PC but not on my laptop. That crap always happens when I am under a Time crunch.

Quick question from the harness video... Why do you take the intake temp down at the intercooler instead of closer to the manifold?

Owner do not want a temp sensor showing on the intake tube so we located it at the intercooler outlet area.

All my digital cameras were dead. So I used my kids iPod. Turned it and thought it was good to go but after importing it into PC, had to turn vid before YouTube importing it. Trying to get car all done for big local KC 2013 car show. Just wanted to show a bit of progress. Found tach input to micro was bad/burned up from previous hacked harness. They gladly warrantied it and so I gave owner mine to use. I am sure there will be more vids to be made by owner. I do not do any exhibition runs on public streets nor show any faces or my location. Respecting my privacy and owners requests. Bla bla bla.......
