Default Blow-thru of EFI???

I have been researching the Megasquirt EFI to put on a friends car and now am wondering if I would like it on mine. I have a Vega wagon with a 2008 aluminum 5.3 and twin 57mm. turbos. This is still a really big project but kind of want to make my mind up which way to go.
I am currently going in the direction of blow thru with a Vic.Jr. intake but can still switch. I have a stock ls1 intake as well, and still have to get the fuel system and the msd 6012 either way.
I guess I would like to hear some opinions either way from people. What would you do?
Here are a couple pictures of the build so far.
Thank you in advance.

Yes . I have ms1 on one turbo car and I have micro squirt on another. I personally like the microsquirt better because I can control the spark and fuel and less wiring.
