Default 4.8 truck intake in lt1 to vortec swap?

Hello, Planning a swap in my 1995 Z28. Currently has a tired lt1 that I am going to replace with a 4.8 vortec. I was wondering if it was at all possible to keep the stock truck intake to avoid swapping to a ls1/6 intake? Has anyone tried? Id imagine the biggest problem being the section of the engine that is under the windshield... *sigh*. Thanks guys.

I highly doubt it will fit without butchering the car. LS1 intakes and stock injectors are fairly cheap. I think I paid 50 bucks for my intake.

Agreed. Don't think the truck intake will fit. Ls1 intakes are still pretty cheap.
