Default changing intake

I currently have a 383 with an LS6 intake and stock TB making 471/467. I am picking up a used, slightly ported FAST 90mm intake paired with a NW TB. will i need a new tune making this change?

It may also idle odd or start hard as well. It just depends on the current tune and the ability of the computer to adjust the IAC. I would put it all on and if you have a scanner that reads IAC position, try to get the IAC position to 40-60 at hot idle by adjusting the TB blade screw. That will help it idle better, start better, and it may also help your tuner.
