Knocking from rear end

Knocking from rear end I just put 18" wheels in the rear of my 02 trans am. I installed 2" spacers to correct for the rubbing of the wheels. I can still hear what sounds like a knocking coming from the rear wheels on take off. The sound is intermittent, but I know it is not from ribbing or the wheel hitting anything. Has anyone else had this experience? Could it be wheel bearings, or driveshaft or possibly the rear diff?
