Default 99 ss problems

ok I have a 99 ss that is totally stock except for I removed the torque management and flashed a more agressive timing curve. I did a couple pulls with it last night and they went good. Then i did one more it hit the rev limiter and the performance deteratied pretty quickly finally died. The only way i could get it to start was by holding it on the floor. It will not idle at all,
have to feather the throttle to keep it running. The cat smelled when I first started it back up. It has 2 codes for b2s2 heater circuit, 1 MAF code and is misfireing badly (totally dead cylinder maybe 2). No knocking or mechanical noises that I can hear. Bent pushrod? Clogged cat? Any ideas? Thanks
