Anyone done a GM K1500 4x4 to AWD swap I have looked online and found a few that have done the S-10/15 swap from a Bravada/Safari BW4472 t-case. Not sure if I want to do the S-10/15 swap due to the limited space to work with under the hood.
So I am looking at doing it on a K1500 swapped to AWD. Curious if anyone has done this swap? I know the Denali/SS will swap out but trying to find out how it held up after the swap.. I currently have a 2006 Denali but it is my DD and part boat beaing a crew cab.
Looking at doing a RCSB 4x4 to use as the swap. It's gonna be putting down roughly 900hp to the ground on this project. Will be a stroked 6.0 block (AES) with twin Turbnetics TC76's. Main concern is just the t-case and front end holding that kind of power and will the AWD really help much?
