Has anyone installed BILSTEIN ridecontrol® on their f-body?
Surfing the net I discovered that Bilstein has electronic dampers for the aftermarket. Will this work on an f-body? Has anyone installed it? If so what's your experience. http://www.bilsteinus.com/products/e...n-ridecontrol/

Subscribing because I'm curious if anyone has played with this, but I can't imagine that there would be a big pay off.
I can't imagine how this would work when the rest of the car really isn't built for "comfort" mode. It would be like having sport and super sport mode.
I have the SLP Bilsteins on the stock WS6 springs and the car does really well in city driving and is comfortable for 15+ hour drives.

True story. ^^
Just got off the phone with Keith @ Bilstein. It's a system that's only developed for a small handful of cars, mainly the European type... Completely different mounting points and all, so the retro-fit would "possibly" be out of the equation. They did say the R&D is only about 50-60k dollars to develop and test the kits, but they have to be assured there's a market there.
So... How do we prove there's a viable market on an aged platform?

"If it isn't German, its crap."
My friends and family members who paid for BMW's say the same thing, so I keep getting my chuckles when they have to plunk down $300 for a window motor, etc.
