Default Is Revshift always slow processing orders?

I ordered a diff bushing and rear cradle bushings on March 8th. I am wondering if this is normal or what? If I were going to be more than 2 weeks shipping a order out I would at least send my customer a email apologizing. I shouldn't have to chase anyone around plain and simple. If you advertise something for sale you should have it available.

These guys are a relatively small operation that specializes in low runs of one off parts for several different vehicle lines. You could always order the same parts from their competitor...oh wait...

Seriously though, excellent quality niche market products for some of the best prices you could hope for. Deal with the wait or go without.

That seems to be the story. They should really take their newfound revenues and hire a secretary.

Last I checked communication is relatively inexpensive.

PM works. I think a phone call and voicemail is the best way to get a response.

Im still waiting on my order that was placed on March 5th. I had to call three times because they kept promising me it was sent out and they would send me a tracking number. I never got the tracking number, so on the 3rd phone call they realized that they sent out some of my order to other people without realizing it. They told me that their sorry and that they would overnight everything. I should see my parts tomorrow since I had to sign for it. I know its a pain in *** to get a hold of them, but do what I did and blow up their phone, they will answer eventually. They would have never have caught it unless I brought it to their intention.

I ordered my diff bushing on 3/12. Same here, called and was told it was shipping out "today" (5 days ago) and to watch my email for a tracking number. Still no tracking number today. But I did get an email response on Saturday that it didn't actually ship yet, they were behind on orders and I should have my tracking info soon.

Slow but exceptional product. I had luck emailing them and they were very apologetic and helpful. They should just set that expectationon their website "allow 3-6 weeks delivery". We don't really have a choice but to wait.

They make this stuff themselves, and it takes time. I just finished putting in their MM and trans insert. I called them a few days after I ordered to make sure that everything was alright, and the man to whom I spoke had just finished making a batch of the motor mounts. And, just like everyone else on the planet, they can make mistakes. They just didn't with me.

Yes I must say they are relatively slower than the average eBay/amazon orders. I ordered motor mounts and transmission bushings and it took 3 and half weeks. I assumed it would be 1-2 weeks tops? I called 2nd week in and they told me I would get a shipping confirmation soon... I received it shipping confirmation 3 days before i received the items.

GOOD LUCK I wouldn't order from REVSHIFT again!! I ORDERED MOTOR, TRANS, AND CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS 5 (five) WEEKS AGO FROM REVSHIFT ... STILL NO PARTS. They won't answer the phone and when they do its BS and never answer emails. last friday they finally answered the phone and gave me a shipping tracking number and it hasn't even been picked up for delivery. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. I'll give you a update if I ever get my parts

I've ordered parts twice. First time I got it in a few days. Second time, considerably longer. I was aware of the wait ahead of time, so no big deal. Those that aren't informed of delays...there, I see how they can feel "slighted". Keep up the good work Revshift! I'll be ordering my next round shortly.

I've ordered twice through Revshift and have recieved both orders within a timely manner (5-7 days). I have no complaints about Revshift or the products that they produce.
