Exclamation LQ4/LS3's/LS7intake vs 5.3/706's/Vic jr

Ok guys, trying to figure out my summer build options.... gonna start purchasing parts this week..... and am in need off opinions.

MY build(budget) will have the following: Shooting for 700+whp
Truck mani. Kit
PTE7675 billet
Magnafuel pump w/90-120# injectors
E85
4l80e

Motor Opitions I'm considering:
#1
5.3
706 heads (decided against 317's)
Victor jr. 6061elbow 102TB <----- unsure about this intake combo still
Custom cam w/dual springs & pushrods
Rod bolts, head studs, gaskets, etc...

#2
LQ4
LS3 Heads
LS7 Intake
Custom Cam w/dual springs & pushrods
Rod bolts, head studs, gaskets, etc...

Given that turbo i thought the 5.3 would be better will the thicker cylinder walls, amongst other reasons....
But i was also contemplating this LQ4 setup i kinda just came up with.....
I KNOW the 5.3 vs LQ4 subject has been Beaten to death.....
was just wondering on people opinions on MY specific build layout.
Which combo would make that power, with the most ease, and better streetabilty?
Opinions and info GREATLY appreciated!

Just by going with the goals you listed and asking which combo would meet your goals with ease and better streetability. I would go with the LQ4. More cubic inches are going to allow you to meet your goal with a lower boost range and help push the car easier out of boost. With the LQ4 and LS3 heads you could even run a LS9 cam and have completely stock like driviability all while meeting your power goal.

I doubt the 5.3 will have a problem meeting your power goal but it will take more to get it there than with a 6.0. Albeit the 6.0 route will be more expensive.

Also from what I have read the LS7 intakes will not fit on the LS3 heads. Supposedly you have to run LS7 heads to run a LS7 intake.

6.0 would do it at lower boost range, but wouldn't the 5.3 last longer with the thicker cylinder wall? And from what I can tell by looking at compressure maps and consumption charts, the 5.3 should keep a 76mm in a higher efficiency range longer? Right?

The 6.0 w/LS3 was something I kings thought up and haven't really seen done.
Im not sure if the ls7 intake would work on ls3 heads, but I figured it would. I could swear I saw MightyMouse suggest it to someone before.... i could be wrong though.
