I dunno, I started asking a lot of q's on the LS4 Fiero swap so I had more questions about the F40 trans itself. I want to do an AWD setup on my 81 Sport Omega with the LS4/F40 6 speed. My question is because the Saab 9-3 had the F40/AWD I need more info on the rest of the transmission. I need to know if the transfer case will bolt to the Pontiac F40 without having to buy a complete Saab trans.& transfer case assembly. Can I bolt the transfer case upto the right side axle output. Of course I know I will have to make my own brackets to mount the case to the engine but that's the easy part.
