Any thoughts where I can get the front grille emblem for a reasonable price. $70 is fd up for a piece of plastic. I don't really need the wreath but would love to replace the emblem itself. Has faded like crazy. Believe the dimensions are close to 3 1/4 wide and 2 1/4 tall.

You could try the '08+ CTS/STS grille emblems, but I don't whether they will fit. If you use the part numbers on the link below, you'll also find them on eBay with free shipping.

Mine took a stone a few years back, and I got a new one from Luke at Lindsay Cadillac. Don't recall exactly, but it couldn't have been anywhere near 70 bucks ... could it?

Don't go with the 08+ Emblem it's way too big, did that on accident, also dont go with a regular cts front emblem it's not the same size as the V's.

I've checked around, and the part number is 757717. Unfortunately, it doesn't come up on Google or Amazon searches. Checking the major parts catalogs (e.g. GM Parts East and New GM Parts--search for "emblem" once you've plugged in your model information--it's #5 and #8 on the New GM Parts and GM Parts East diagrams, respectively) yielded prices of $66+ with shipping.

The only other thing I can think of is to call Luke @ Lindsay.

I'm surprised no one has made oem style colored inserts for the crest and V badge emblems, seems like you look at them the wrong way and they fade.

Yeah I have a base cts sitting around and the emblem is smaller on the base 03-07. Larger on the 09+. The stock v emblem is 3 1/4 wide and 2 1/4 tall give or take a tad. The link I have above is the closest you can get without buying the oem. 70 is just f'd up, wonder what luke wants for these?
