Default 1993 Camaro horn randomly blows

This started maybe a year ago, 4am the horn randomly started blowing so I pulled out the fuse. After I reinstalled it the car was fine for a couple of months and when the weather got cold it started randomly discharging while driving or parked.

I understand that the horn relay is not something that will intermittently go bad. I also never worked around the air bag area.

This happens when the weather changes and my guess that it could be either an issue with the button completing the circuit or a bad ground.

Has anyone had this issue?

My 93 z28 started doing this same **** 4 months ago . Its truley a annoyance and sometimes a complete embarrassment when it starts honking for no reason. I beleive it has something to do with the wiring in the column getting chaffed up. Havent opened mine up yet to find whats causing this but im pretty sure thats all it is.
