Default Near future exhaust set up

Kooks 1 7/8 long tubes
Kooks ORY 3"
SLP Loudmouth 2

what y'll think?

when I can afford it I will be switching to the Kooks 3" true duals to quad 4" tips but this whole set up is cheaper than just the header back true duals...

sad that I can get longtubes, ORY and catback for less than a true dual system..though it is stainless steel

Once I get it installed I will post pics and a video of the orgasmic exhaust tone.

I imagine it will be pretty damn loud, and probably a bit raspy too. I run the LM 1 with long tubes and ORY, and it's just retarded loud and raspy lol

Thanks, yeah I know but I can't dish out $2700 for an exhaust right now... $1500 is do-able haha

I figure the best way to balance sound out is :

If running no cats use a muffled catback
if running with cats use a straight through catback

if that makes sense?

Theirs always tsp tds..not stainless, but considerably cheaper.. Theirs also stainless td systems on ebay that are "good quality" and pretty cheap. Sounds like your gonna spend money just to spend more in the long run. And my old lm1 sounded good....until the uncureable rasp drove me fking crazy.

I think you need to call Maryland Speed for a quote on Kooks headers and duals. You might be surprised. At least do it before you commit to the rasp package you're planning. Worth a shot, IMO.

Save up and do it once. No point in changing exhausts.

I checked them out and WS6store is the cheapest. $850 for 1 7/8 headers, $280 for the ORY and $400 for SLP LM2.

the true dual set up is $1300+ everywhere.

you need to call maryland speed man. They dont advertise their real price online and will only give it over the phone. I can tell you when I called for a quote it was much cheaper than 850

I don't want TSPs....Kooks or ARH is all I'll ever put on my car. Everything else is not worth my money. Not dissing the other companies out there. But no one makes the quality of Kooks or ARH.

I'm just gonna save up and get the Kooks LTs, 3.5" true duals with quad 4" and not bother getting the ORY and SLP LM1.

That's the smart approach. Otherwise, you're just pissing away money.

And here's a hint - the Kooks 1-7/8" Headers and TDs can be had for about $2k shipped if you wait and buy it on a Holiday like Black Friday!

Kooks headers and true duals from Maryland speed for me!

TSP Headers are made in China, support the US made stuff, Buy Kooks or ARH.

Thisss... Support an American company everybody wins. Better quality and fitment and you keep fellow Americans employed. I have arhs and I love them. Kooks are great too my buddy had kooks so I had to be different lmao. Also if you do go with a y setup I recommend ARH for their y pipe if not both are great

Couldn't agree more. The ARH Y pipe is incredible. They just don't have a dual setup....so I went Kooks.
