Default Random Misfire

Got a buddy with 2002 Camaro LS1. Keeps throwing misfire code below 2000 rpms. WOT it will not miss and runs fine. Has fresh plugs, wires, coil packs, o2, fuel filter, o2 harnesses have been checked, no vacuum leaks can be found, map sensor replaced, maf is good to go, fuel pressure is fine at idle and wot. No other codes. Voltage is fine and grounds are good. Any suggestions.

Very common for a plug wire to be touching an exhaust manifold. Make sure they are not touching any metal piping at all.
