Default Noise when downshifting

Ok I am no mechanic nor very transmission savy. I know F-Bodys are full of clunks and noises but this one is gettin my concerned. When I am just cruising down the street and start excelerating hard to the point where it should down shift I hear some thuds instead of it downshifting. Once I hear that noise I get off and it continues to run fine. Other then that scenario it runs and shifts fine.

And ya its a 2001 Formula with only bolt ons and 74K. I am not sure if its slipping or is something shot in the trans.

Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Default

its probably your transmission mount. Very easy fix.

I bought one at autozone for less than 15 bucks. Shouldnt take over 30 minutes to replace. You might need a breaker bar or something to help grip the mount bolt.
