Default TPS issues of high idle

I have just finished tuning my 24x converion cam, and ported stock heads. After that my tuner noticed that the CEL light was coming on he cleared it stating the TPS was no good and he was right and after he did that I had surging idle problems, so I replaced with advanced autocrap TPS and now my idle is still surging at around 1200 and stays there. I adjusted the TPS and my volts at idle are .69 and I know everone says .67 but Ive read that there is a range and im in it. So what could this be i checked for vacuum leaks and nothing surges when i spray brake cleaner around the intake. Any advice?

It is not the TPS. Have you verified there are no vacuum leaks and checked the IAC counts?

I have checked for vacuum leaks and havnt found any, but havnt done IAC counts. thing is my idle doesnt vary it says at 1200 which i though the IAC symtoms are more like low idle If i am idling high im getting more air correct

you need to scan the car IAC counts to determine if that is the issue. They want to be 30-35 (32) at idle, engine at operating temp.

did you install a larger TB?
