Leaking Slave out of the bleeder outlet?!

Leaking Slave out of the bleeder outlet?! While attempting to shove the gas pedal threw the floor board in my Zo6 and switch to 2nd gear I lost all clutch pedal pressure...limped the car home in 2nd gear Clutch still holding fine, just wont dis-engage
Get under it and had my buddy press the clutch pedal down and its squirting out of the bleeder like its cracked open...bleeder is also up against the floor board like its backed out....
Haven't gotten it apart to see if its loose but i dont see how it could just all of a sudden back loose on its own
Anyone else ever had this happen or anything like it?
