Default Water/meth injection questions

Few questions for you guys regarding water/meth injection. I'm piecing together my kit because I already have a tank (wiper fluid reservoir) and controller (e-boost controller). So all I think I need is the pump, nozzles, lines, fittings, and wiring, all of which are easy to find. I'm looking to spray anywhere from pure water to 50/50 water/meth, goal is ~600rwhp, around 15psi, 91 octane. It's a 5.3L motor, intercooled T76 front mount kit.

1) What size nozzles should I get?
2) Are two smaller nozzles better than one bigger one?
3) Do I need a check valve if the nozzles are in the intake tubing (no vacuum)? Some pumps say they come with internal check valves.
4) I'm planning on using stainless braided lines, what size should I get? (I'm thinking -3 or -4).
5) Who makes a good and reliable pump?
6) Will the stock washer motor, level sensor, and grommets hold up to a 50/50 mix?
7) Should I run a filter pre-pump?
8) Anything I'm forgetting?

Thanks!
