Default Retrofit fuel system?

So I'm new to the ls swaps and have been looking for info on the fuel system. I've got a 74 nova I'm putting in an 05 4.8 with ls1 intake and f-body front accessories this is my first try so I don't want to change tank and pump yet. I've read about people using a high pressure in line pump with a 99 and up corvette fuel rails that have built in pressure regulator. But I have no idea on how to identify these rails? I've found a couple of good deals with rails and injectors labeled as "ls6 rails" and "ls1 rails" but how do I tell the difference? It seems to me I can see the regulator on the rails. Is it really that easy or do most of them have it please someone help!!!
