Default t56 Countershaft Shimming

I am doing a t56 build for a high horsepower application(700hp) and i have read that with "aggressive shimming" the 2 piece countershaft can be very stong, maybe not as strong as the 1 piece from the Z06 or SSR but still strong. My question is what numbers should i be shooting for on the countershaft so that it holds up the best it can?
