NX Lightning Valve Not Happy

NX Lightning Valve Not Happy
I am not happy currently.
I haven't even installed the nitrous in the car yet just getting everything ready.
The 1/8NPT plugs in the Lightning valve will not move.
Using the proper allen key, I tried tightening and loosening, nothing.
My hand hurt from pushing on the key and it was a long key not the standard keys.
Then wouldn't you know it decides to strip out.
So then I get out the torch and heat up around it and try grabbing it with vice grips, wouldn't you know the plug just strips on the outside now.
Does anyone have any ideas how to get these out?
Very displeased at the moment, along with other things that have been wrong with kit.

Brand new.
The problem is the valve assembly is alminum and the plugs are steel. If you don't put anti seize on them, they can freeze up. So the two options are to either put the anti on it or leave the plugs out and let the user install them or put gauges in.
My two options now are going to be try and Easy out, or take the valve off and drill through the plugs.
