parts are a gto ls2 oil pan on a turbo lq4 set up.

hey guys, i have two questions that i need confirmation on. i know that i can run oil feed to my turbo off this source and my oil pressure sensor off this but....
a) should i run the turbo oil feed off the front or rear? and vise versa for the pressure.
b) will running the sensor next to the turbo oil feed give me a false or inaccurate reading?
