Default low hp gain on a 150 shot at the dyno

so i only picked up 65hp but a 140 ft lbs of torque on a 150 shot through a m6 transmission. why would it be so low. bottle pressure was alil over a 1000 psi, full bottle and the air fuel was 11.8

I see the problem.

It maybe your n20 solenoid not supporting the hit. Take it down to 125 and see if the hit feels harder. Im going throught the same problem as we speak. 150 is dog slow, 125 hits very hard. Way harder than the 150 shot.

If the nitrous solenoid is the culprit. It could be a swollen plunger....had that problem before, only figured it out from a very rich condition.

I just don't see how it made that much tq, and the a/f was a Lil rich, but it wasn't horrible.

Tq spike will come from the initial hit which is lean most times (nitrous beats fuel in) and the HP will be low because it will get richer as the run goes longer.

Why I asked if he could post graph we would be able to see if that was the case.

Thank you sir for the explanation. So even tho the A/f was a little fat, the difference is that drastic? Or as the run went on did the a/f get richer and richer?

Most times as the run goes on it gets richer and richer, thats when you see high tq low hp numbers most times.

This isnt the case the A/F is pretty steady.(that lean spike is nothing to worry about)
11.8 isnt bad but it will make more power and be happier at 12.2-12.4.

I'll see if I can get another scan and post it. The jets are what nx recommends for 150 shot. I do know that my timing is 30 degrees at wot. It has a torquer v3 cam with all the valve train upgrades.

What is that 62N ?

24* might be a little high for pump gas but you are masking that with fuel right now.

Did it make any pulls that were clean up top? how about on motor ?
