Anyway peak torque is 641 at 4300 rpm and power peaks out at 527 at 4300 rpm and stays at this power level all the way through 6500 instead of climbing like it should

What is the boost doing? What kind of dyno? My turbo setup would actually drop power after 5k or so but it was dropping boost as well. The dyno couldn't load the car enough. I would make 14lbs or so at 5k and be down to 10 or so at 6500. On the street it makes the 14 to 6500. How does it feel on the street. Does it pull to redline or does it lay over?

What kind of dyno?

I know my local one used to suck at loading turbo and centri cars due to a crap brake.
