FS is a used PLX SM-AFR wideband module (wideband sensor etc included, no gauge included). Worked perfectly when pulled - has a 0-5V output that can be fed into EFILive or HPTuners or a datalogger. Comes complete with everything except the power plug ($10 for PLX).
