Im building an LY6 block for my truck with the works, forged everything yada yada. I am building it to withstand a boosted 1000hp. I know im gonna need studs. I know ARP is the best so I looked into them and seen what they cost. 500 something dollars seems a bit overboard for a pile of bolts. I mean I will if I have to but I just would rather spend most of that money on go fast stuff, thought id check and see what everyone here is using and what results they've gotten or if main studs are even a necessity on these engines. Thanks
