They are internal and are not on the turbos but are in The pictures at the bottom of one of them. Its the little canister with the threaded rod attched to it. Those are the actuators.

To the seller if you havent posted it on ls1gto that would be a good place to not that it wont sell here but just another avenue. Good luck with teh sale wish i had funds for something monster like this

The manifolds are actually flipped backwards with the drivers side moved to the passengers and passengers to the drivers. They are not upside down. I have this setup on my LS2 and really enjoy it. Good luck with the sale.
