Default 325 vs. 28/13.5"

I'm getting ready for new tires on my car and I know 325/50/15 fits with adjustable suspension part and some hammering. I want to go with 28/13.50/15 bias ply street slick like M/T ET Streets or Hooiser QTP, each of those tires measure the same as a 325/50/15. I know the 325 is a tight fit and a radial doesn't grow like a bias slick does. Does anyone else run a 28/13.5/15? Are there any problem with the bias tires rubbing in places where the radial doesn't?

I just put on some 28.12.5x15 ET street bias plys on mine. I have the bumpstops removed, and their brackets shaved flush with the frame rail. I also have adjustable lca's.
That being said, I did have to slightly trim the inside front and rear corner of each wheelwell and some BFH work in the front inner wheelhouse. Took a whopping hour to do all four cuts. From the side, no one will even notice (except maybe from another Fbody guy wondering how the hell you fit 28x13.5's in there).
Take your time and make a tiny little 45 degree angle cut inward. That cut will be pretty much in line with the center of the bias ply when it grows at speed. The tiny little hole created at inside front corners from you cutting can be easily closed up with a little pinch of the pliers and a tiny dab of silicone.
MT told me a few days ago that they recommend 3/4" clearance in each direction from the resting tread diameter. They also added that as the tire grows, the section width narrows slightly.
Have fun
