Default Milled 5.3 heads; pushrod question?

If I'm milling my 5.3 heads 30 thousand can I still get by with the stock length pushrod? I'm rebuilding my LS1 with Diamond forged pistons. The new pistons are the stock replacement.

.030 is cutting it close...how much lift does your cam have?

The cam has .581 lift on both I/E. I noticed that these Diamonds have a slight dish to them. They aren't perfectly flat like the stockers were. Due to this I think I should be all right with the P/V clearance.

I think you have a perfect cam which should clear. The absolute best way to tell however, is to clay it before you bolt everything down.
