Milled 5.3 heads; pushrod question?

Milled 5.3 heads; pushrod question? If I'm milling my 5.3 heads 30 thousand can I still get by with the stock length pushrod? I'm rebuilding my LS1 with Diamond forged pistons. The new pistons are the stock replacement.

The cam has .581 lift on both I/E. I noticed that these Diamonds have a slight dish to them. They aren't perfectly flat like the stockers were. Due to this I think I should be all right with the P/V clearance.
