the ls3 heads for sale are being sold as heads for rebuild
long story short, I bought these from a member on here but it was through craiglist, he told me that a peice of pistion ring broke loose, bounced around in the cylinder and then the valve shut on it. But other than that, the heads were mint. Well when got home in decent light, I saw small gaps so I took them apart and of coarse found bent valves. I took them to my cylinder head shop which they informed me that the damage on that head wont effect operation but i could get a few spots touched up with welding for basically cosmetics
As far was what the heads need, they advised new valve guides and a valve job to get the heads to back normal operation.
