Default Custom center caps for my Torq Thrust II's...

I finally got my custom center caps for my TTII's completed. This was a fun project I started late last year. I wanted to give my TTII's a WS6 wheel look with a flat cap and a WS6 style decal. First thing was I had my father in law (an engineer at a local steel processing plant) water jet some flat caps out of aluminum stock. He used one of my existing caps as a template, uploaded the data into CAD and was able to get perfect dims. Next was countersinking holes, sanding and lots and lots of polishing. The edges were particularly a pain. Last I had "bfranker" make me a set of vinyl center cap decals, mimicking the WS6 decals from the stock rims. They aren't a perfect replication, but I think they capture the spirit of the stock center cap well. Well, enough chatter, on to the pics. I think they turned out great, and only cost me some time and the (small) amount of money for the decals from Brent. What do you guys think?

Great work! looks like they fit perfectly and they do make the TT2 look even more brutal. TT2s are on my cars bucket list as well... they are just so pricey...

I always loved them too, I was just looking for a way to set them apart from others (not that anyone around here runs them.)

I've actually got a set of 4 at home. I was going to use them for another set, but I suppose I can let you have them. I also have some stainless steel ones cut as well, they are a much thinner stock though.

Would you rather have the aluminum or the stainless? I can post pics of both. The stainless will already be shiny, it will just need the edges cleaned up and the holes countersunk.

315's, but they are Nittos and those run a tad narrow. They fit with no issues, and I'm lowered on BMR springs with no fender rolling.

Nice. I just bought some TTII's. they came with brand new tires. They are 255 on the front and 275 on rear. So when these wear down, I wanted to get wider ones and I really liked the stance of yours
