Default stalling issue

Alright guys, I have a 93 m6 lt1 trans am. So the problem is when I come to a stop the car will die. (Yes I have the car in neutral or with the clutch in) the car has also been giving me trouble while just idling. It likes to idle around 500 which it used to be in the 900 range. It won't even idle sometimes while giving it a bit of gas. After you get above 1500 the car runs just fine.

I have done a pressure test on the cars fuel system. It had 44 psi when it would idle and would hold close to that through out wot and idle. I also disconnected the the vacumm line from the pressure regulator. It held at 53 psi (during idle). This car is missing all the egr system. Spark plugs have been replaced. I don't think it is a timing issue as I'm not getting any back fire. I have yet to replace wires to the plugs. do you think it could not have enough power getting to the plugs to ignite the fuel?

Any help is appreciated.
Kyle

Probably junk built up around the throttle blades.
