There are rules and regulations regarding sponsor posted "non-tech" threads in TECH sections. Pretty sure this doesn't abide by them which is unfair to the other sponsors here on the board. If this thread is in violation of that it shows a lack of character on OP's part. I could be wrong but that's my 0.02.

Maddog is trying to be the lowest price choice. He therefore caters to people that are also going to cut corners during the installation. People who don't replace (or at least have opened and cleaned) their converter even though it is holding metal and crud from their blown trans. People who don't replace their trans cooler and think the cooler and converter can just be flushed out. And who knows what other shortcuts they take. The result of these shortcuts is that even the best transmission will be ruined in short order. Therefore, I'll give Maddog some benefit of doubt and suspect that at least some complaints are actually due to installation problems.

That may be true, but there is however no excuse for using wrong parts and being an outright ******* to customers as I'm sure you remember from the thread someone quoted earlier was the case with the guy in spain

Yes, but I suspect a lot of people don't know the difference, and in case of loose metal don't realize that any type of a finned cooler should be replaced.
