You sure it's not a 236/246 cam, that's what I see that engine coming with.
That's a very conservative cam for a 454, which will be fine for good street manors. I'd take the duration up at least 10* on the intake side and 15*-20*, if your current cam is a 235/235. Now if it's 236/246 then at least 10* on the intake side and 10* on the exhaust side. I'd still call up some of the sponsors and see what they recommend for your needs/wants.

I'm sure there will be plenty of guys who want your money on that one! The individual throttle bodies change so much that you really need to find someone who has done them before. I would take notes from other ITB setups. The only ITB setup I've done has been a BBC 502. Know that reversion is still there but cylinder sharing so overlap doesn't affect a ITB setup like it would in a shared plenum. The cam will act and sound much smaller than it really is.

I would consult with Pat G. It will be well worth the $25.00.

There are not many people who run ITBs. I know Pat owns one--my previous Harrop. The fact that he is into ITBs makes me value his input even more. He is very professional as well.

Yeah at least, it'll depend on how driveable or radical you want it. Taking it up another 10-15* shouldn't be unreasonable either.
