oh its possible but i wouldnt think it to be very straight forward. The trans setup would probab;ly be the biggest headache.
I would just 6.0 swap the gto man.

Oh where to start..... First of all gut the interior so you can make the Trans tunnel bigger. The 6 Spd auto is huge. Then use everything from the G8. EVERYTHING... And then the headache will begin. Trust me I did it already.. How much for the G8?

6.0 swap is to expensive for the little gain he would get. Simple bolt ons and a tune would put him right at stock LS2 numbers if not tad higher.

Intake, Exhaust, Headers, 243 heads, a cam and you will be well over 400whp.

That 6 speed swap is going to be difficult from a software standpoint. You would need to swap to a 58x reluctor wheel engine and computer to be able to talk to the trans. It is not compatible with 24x ECMs.

I said 6.0 not ls2. I bought. Lq4 for my silverado for $900 from a local salvage yard. Not the 400 Hp beast but it responded well to mods and ran a 8.52 in my heavy truck.
