lt1 won't turn over Changed optispark, timing chain, ignition modual. Has spark to plugs, has fuel, and still will not start. When tying to start motor turns and when key is turned of motor pops as if it tries to start but crank shaft reverses. I'm at a loss please help!!!

Wow, you changed a lot of stuff, it could be any of them.
Assuming the Opti is good AND
Assuming the timing chain is lined up correctly...
I would say you have the spark plug wires mixed up.
I've always found that marking each end of the plug wires greatly reduces the chance of mixing them up.
