The size of the Bogart's are 26 X 4.5 X 15. I will send pictures shortly!

Yes, the center caps are on them and they are wrapped in Goodyear Eagle Front runner tires

You know what never mind.. I thought the center caps were on the wheels! I'm sure they are laying around somewhere but if I cant find them I will sell the wheels to you for 700
