Cylinder wall to valve clearance for turbo app

Cylinder wall to valve clearance for turbo app Is there a rule of thumb to how much clearance you want from the valves to the cylinder walls. I'm using a 6.0 iron block and plan on boring it .030 over but that doesn't look like it'll do. Can anyone give me a little more insight. Right now I have 1/8 of an inch between the Valves and walls.
