I'm about to switch from the TR6's to the BR7's myself here. When to change them will depend on a lot of things...how often you spray, the a/f, etc...but from what I hear they should last maybe a good 15-20K on average

I change mine out about every 2-3 bottles with light street driving.

If your tune up is right and the plugs look good then you're fine. Routine Maintenance and keeping an eye on the plugs is all you need to do. Guys have run a whole season on the same set of plugs.

I would say change them. I'd rather buy a fresh set of plugs than a new motor. Every time I went to the track I changed my plugs. Learn to read them so you can know what's going on and what adjustments need to be made.

I swap mine every 4 to 5 bottles but my tune is pretty dialed in.
I actually pull the plugs to check them after my last pass of the day but I end up just putting new ones back in since it makes no sense to me to not do it for the less than $20 investment. That and a lot of times I will cut the plug to read the marks.
