How often need to swap br7's on a shot?

How often need to swap br7's on a shot? its been 3 months and 2 track outings. just wondering if I shouls swap then asap or they would live a little longer. What should be the time/miles intervals between br7

I'm about to switch from the TR6's to the BR7's myself here. When to change them will depend on a lot of things...how often you spray, the a/f, etc...but from what I hear they should last maybe a good 15-20K on average

I would say change them. I'd rather buy a fresh set of plugs than a new motor. Every time I went to the track I changed my plugs. Learn to read them so you can know what's going on and what adjustments need to be made.

I swap mine every 4 to 5 bottles but my tune is pretty dialed in.
I actually pull the plugs to check them after my last pass of the day but I end up just putting new ones back in since it makes no sense to me to not do it for the less than $20 investment. That and a lot of times I will cut the plug to read the marks.
