I bought my grand Prix gxp around Xmas and now that the weathers nice I'm noticing that on my front and rear bumper there are different scuff marks. Some the size of a toonie and one that's 4 inches long roughly. They aren't very deep... just enough to show the black plastic underneath my white car. Thing is though... some retard simply painted over them with a brush it looks like. They aren't extremely easy to notice but when you start looking you see a bunch of spots. The best thing is to just repaint the whole thing but I don't wanna drop that coin right now. Any advice on touching these spots up better than the last idiot?

They're mainly surface scuffs it seems like.
