Spontaneous Warning lights

Spontaneous Warning lights Sorry for the short description. I thought I have seen this question many times but I cant locate it.
My 2000 TA ws6 will at any given time turn on almost all the warning lights at the same time. This includes abs,SES,brake,traction control .
I just moved to Texas so now I actually have to tend to it for inspection (overdue) If I remember right a lot of people pointed to a bad ECU?
Otherwise I can keep chasing trouble codes just don't want to replace things that aren't broken .
Any help would be appreciated. Also if anyone knows of a place in dallas area that are kind to fbodys that would be good too.
Also these light will turn off usually after the car being off for a while but then will pop up again 5-10 minutes after I get going again sometimes even before I leave the driveway
